11/01/2015 -Charleston County Deputy Coroner has said that the passenger has died after the car she was in flipped over on Seabrook Island Road near Jenkins Point.
The victim has been identified as 27 year old Jessica Hoisington.
The Coroner says that she died at MUSC on Oct. 30, 2015 from injuries sustained during the crash.
The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office arrested the driver Matthew Paul Hoisington and charged him with a felony DUI.
Just after midnight on Friday, deputies responded to a single car collision on Seabrook Island Road and Jenkins Point.
CCSO officials say the vehicle, driven by Matthew Hoisington, ran into a tree before overturning.
Both the driver and the passenger were transported to MUSC.
