DUI
On 2/8/15, Sr. Deputy H. Vasquez arrested Justin Boarman, 30, of South Carolina for DUI and Refusal at 7-11, Gordon Rd.
On 2/8/15, 1st Sgt. M. Woodard arrested Jennifer Herring, 40 of Ruther Glen for DUI after he observed a suspicious vehicle near Hard Times.
On 2/8/15, Sergeant Assur arrested Grigore Timis, 25, of Spotsylvania for DUI, Unreasonable Refusal, and Illegal Window Tint resulting from a traffic stop on Old Plank Rd.
On 2/4/15, Deputy Myrick arrested Stephanie Ellis, 22 of Spotsylvania for DUI as the result of a traffic stop.
On 2/3/15, Deputy Durbin arrested David Allen Stoddard, 25 from Spotsylvania for Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at the Lake Anna Market in the 5000 Block of Courthouse Road.
On 2/2/15, Deputy Jones arrested Mindi Schaefer, 36 of Spotsylvania for DUI. Schaefer was stopped for failing to stop at a red light.

On 1/25/15, Deputy Jeffries arrested Ernest Smith, Jr., 61, of Spotsylvania for DUI and Hit and Run for an incident occurring on Rt. 1, in the area of Massaponax Church Rd.

On 9/5/14, Deputy Love arrested Taylor Keister, 23, of Spotsylvania for DUI, Possession of Brass Knuckles, and Refusal in the area of Coventry Creek Dr. and Lee Hill School Dr.
On 9/5/14, Sr. Deputy Woodard arrested Daniel Mendoza, 54, of Spotsylvania for DUI at Twin Springs Dr. and Harrison Rd.
On 9/5/14, Deputy Smeal arrested Patrick Baden, 26, of Spotsylvania for DUI and Refusal in the area of River bend High School.
On 9/5/14, Deputy Hodges arrested Heather Puckett, 34, of Orange County for DUID resulting from an accident which occurred in the presence of Deputy Hodges on Falcon Dr.
On 11/8/13, Deputy Saunders responded to a motor vehicle accident in the acre of Mills Drive and Thornton Rolling Road. Upon investigation, Thomas Young, 55 of Fredericksburg was charged with DUI.
On 11/5/13, Deputy B. Seay arrested John Stokes, 48 for DUI, Felony Hit and Run, Felony Habitual Offender and Possession of Marijuana. Deputy Seay responded to a MVA at Rt. 1 and I-95. A white Honda Civic had struck a black Hyundai, which then struck a Spotsylvania Volunteer Fire Fighters response SUV.
On 10/31/13, Senior Deputy Noakes was dispatched to a a motor vehicle accident in the 6200 block of Salisbury Drive. Debora Carreiro, 29 of Spotsylvania was charged with DUI and four counts of felony Child Neglect.
